I founded Undiluted to provide senior decision-makers with an end-to-end route from diagnosis to outcome.

The starting point is establishing what is actually happening and what genuinely needs to change. I use Insight by Undiluted™, a proprietary diagnostic methodology shaped through more than 35 years across business ownership, operations, technology, government, construction, aerospace and international organisations.

A particular strength is getting beneath formal reporting and building enough trust with people across an organisation for pressures, concerns and blockers to surface that may not otherwise reach senior leadership.

Once the problem is understood, Undiluted defines the required business response, distinguishes essential requirements from desirable but non-essential ones, and considers what current and emerging AI capabilities now make possible.

From there, Undiluted can develop the implementation brief, identify and recommend appropriate implementation partners, support their selection, and provide either project management or independent oversight through delivery.

The final step is to assess the result against the business objectives established at the outset and determine whether the intended outcome has actually been achieved.

That is the Undiluted model: Diagnose → Define → Select → Implement → Oversee → Verify.

How I Work

My work starts with the business outcome, not with a predetermined solution.

Diagnose

I establish what is actually happening through stakeholder conversations, evidence and examination of operational reality. Insight by Undiluted™ is used to identify the underlying problem, test assumptions and separate causes from symptoms.

Define

I determine what genuinely needs to change and what does not. That diagnosis is translated into clear business outcomes and implementation requirements. Relevant current and emerging AI capabilities are considered at this stage so the solution reflects what is now possible rather than simply reproducing existing ways of working.

Select

If specialist implementation capability is needed, Undiluted develops or supports the brief, helps evaluate the available options and can identify and recommend appropriate implementation partners. The client remains free to use its own preferred provider.

Implement

The selected solution is delivered by the appropriate implementation partner. Undiluted can provide project management where the client wants a single route from diagnosis through delivery.

Oversee

Alternatively, Undiluted can remain outside the implementation team and provide independent oversight — challenging drift, testing decisions and keeping delivery aligned with the original business objective.

Verify

At completion, the result is assessed against the objectives established at the outset to determine whether the intended business outcome has actually been achieved.

Experience and Credibility

My work draws on more than 35 years of experience across business ownership, operations, technology, government, construction, aerospace and international organisations.

I have held senior and Director-level roles with CGI and Mission Aviation Fellowship International, supported major programmes including the European Space Agency’s Galileo programme and work connected with the UK Ministry of Justice, and previously owned and ran an ISO-certified business.

Across those roles I have built teams, developed new business, shaped operating models, led transformation, managed complex client relationships, provided programme governance and delivery assurance, and worked across organisational change.

That breadth means I understand complex change from several perspectives — as a business owner, manager, client lead, programme leader and director, as well as from the perspective of the people expected to deliver and live with the resulting change.

A particular strength is getting beneath formal reporting and building enough trust for concerns, constraints and operational realities to surface. I combine those perspectives with the organisation’s commercial objectives to establish what is actually happening and what genuinely needs to change.

That experience now underpins Insight by Undiluted™ and the end-to-end work I provide through Undiluted — from diagnosis and solution definition through implementation-partner selection, delivery oversight and final outcome verification.

Purpose

My purpose is to use my personal and professional experience to help improve services, products and environments that affect many people’s lives — both for the people who depend on them and for those responsible for delivering them.

I am particularly motivated by complex situations where getting the direction right has the potential to benefit a large number of people. The greater the number of people affected, and the more interconnected the system, the more meaningful I find the work.

My Christian faith is an important part of who I am and shapes the way I try to work — with honesty, integrity, respect for people and a genuine desire to serve others. Undiluted is for people and organisations of every faith and none.

That is one of the reasons I created Undiluted. Its purpose is to help senior decision-makers establish what is actually happening, determine what genuinely needs to change and provide an end-to-end route from diagnosis to outcome — from defining the required response and selecting the right implementation capability through delivery and verification of the business result.

Over time, I want to apply that capability to increasingly consequential organisations and systems — including environments where a single engagement could positively affect thousands of people.

Alongside the organisational work, I designed and developed Career Clarity by Undiluted™ to support individuals facing uncertainty about work, skills and future direction, particularly as AI and wider organisational change alter roles and career paths. The aim is to make rigorous, confidential career decision support available at scale.

I also want Undiluted to become a place where exceptional people are drawn together by the significance of the work itself: people who want to apply their experience and judgement to difficult problems where the outcome matters.

I continue to publish independent analysis on complex organisations, governance, accountability, emerging technology and the practical realities of organisational change.
